Dolce Vita Souls offers new Property Management Packages – Silver, Gold, and Black – for a stress-free stay in Spain. Their team of qualified and experienced professionals provide high-quality services. The packages are customizable to fit different needs and budgets, with a range of services to choose from, including property management and concierge services.
Your keys are stored in a safe place and are always available if you need them.
We collect your correspondence regularly and send it to you if desired
Depending on the service package, we schedule monthly personal control visits and make sure everything is in order at your property.
Services such as garden and pool maintenance, electricians, plumbers, TV technicians, are available as services with our maintenance contract.
If you wish, we can take care of the maintenance of your property, offering you all the services available through our exclusive professional team.

Our team takes care of the payment of bills, taxes and general expenses for you and gives you access to our clients account.

All prices and packages comprise monthly services. All prices plus the Spanish legal VAT of 21%.
Services such as cleaning, renovation, maintenance work and expenses by D.V.S Easy Living are not included in the package prices.
Packages paid annually in advance include a 25% discount. Quarterly payments do not include the aforementioned discount.

If additional efforts are required by Dolcevitasouls, these will be charged at 50€ per hour (plus 21% VAT).
